When a homeowner chooses to sell with us, a share of the brokerage’s earnings helps fund reduced-cost community management software and services for HOAs through MyHOAClub.

How It Works

1 · We Partner With The Community

The HOA Collective works alongside your association as its real estate partner. There is no cost to the association and no obligation placed on any owner.

2 · An Owner Chooses To Sell

If and when a homeowner decides to sell, they can choose to list with us — the same full-service brokerage experience they’d expect anywhere else.

3 · The Mission Gets Funded

A portion of the brokerage’s earnings on that sale helps fund reduced-cost management software and services for HOAs through MyHOAClub.

What This Is — And Isn’t

Completely Optional

Every owner is free to use any agent or brokerage they like. We earn your business — we never require it.

No Cost To Own

Nothing is added to your dues and nothing changes about how you own your home. The model only ever involves a sale, by choice.
