About

The HOA Collective

Communities that protect — and grow — the value of the homes inside them.

Who We Are

A public service, and a higher standard

Homeowners' associations exist to protect the value of your home. In practice, most don't. The HOA Collective changes that — making communities transparent, professionally run, and self-funding, at no cost to the board or its owners. We start by publishing a free, public hub for every Florida HOA: the records that govern a home but usually sit scattered across county clerks and state databases. We gather them, organize them, and make them plain.

What We Do

Built for the people who live there

Public information hub

A page for every Florida HOA — covenants & restrictions, plats, planned changes, and current board officers, sourced from official public records and free to read.

Self-funding communities

We help communities lower dues and build reserves — managed at no cost to the board or owners, with savings and a share of every home sale returned to the association and homeowners.

Bulk savings, shared

We put insurance and major services out to competitive bid and split the savings with the community — strengthening it without raising dues.

A vetted professional network

When a board or homeowner needs an attorney, engineer, insurer, or contractor, we connect them with professionals we personally trust.
