WHAT ARE THE UPDATES
We are working with communities to update how value flows when homes sell. This page explains what is changing — and what is not.
When homes sell, a portion of that transaction can be redirected back into the community instead of leaving entirely.
This creates a new funding source that helps build long-term financial stability for the HOA.
Over time, this can reduce reliance on dues increases and special assessments.
This does not add a recurring cost to homeowners.
Your ownership of your home and property remains the same.
This only applies when a home is sold — not day-to-day living.
